mountain, take the old-fashioned Cog Railway
(800-922-8825) or the Auto Road (603-466-3988) to the top of Mt. Washington. á Take 302 west to 113 and Center Conway. Look for the 'Kancamagus Highway' (Rt. 112) on right. In Lincoln,
NH, take Rt. 3 north, then join up again onto Rt.
302 and head back east. It's a day trip of the most beautiful, natural scenic
beauty you'll ever see! Dining News Harrison - North End of Long Lake, all spots within walking
distance The Old Mill Tavern is a perfect
place to unwind with good friends and excellent food. The menu is
better than ever. It's casual and friendly. You can enjoy
everything from the funky soutwestern menu to
blackened scallops to roast pork, it's one of our
favorite spots. You can leave the boat at the town dock and walk to
this restaurant. On the way you might want to stop at the Caswell House (207) 583-6550 for
a drink on the deck or simply decide to have dinner there. The Caz is very casual, friendly staff
and has the best prices around. They are famous for their
"Puffa Steak" - a huge, juicy NY strip
steak you won't soon forget. We love their lobstah
roll special (no mayo or anything else to cloud up that clear yummy lobster
meat. The sailing club meets there often for good times and good food. If you just need to provision
or get a pizza, The Village Tie
(207) 583-4266 There is an ice cream stand across from the
Village Tie up as well that serves delicious ice cream so don't miss that. Bridgton - mid lake but you'll need to drive We have a new Thai restaurant
in town, Chao Thai (207)

Lantern ever! 3 Theaters and a pub! You must check it out!
Sit in the pub and use free WiFi! Up the street is the Black Horse Tavern.
Always a busy spot, known for their chicken and sausage gumbo and their
black angus beef. They also have a Sunday brunch. Ruby Food serves Chinese food, take out or dine in. Ken's Cove , is a fish market and
restaurant. Keep on going and you'll find Tom's Homestead for a quiet dinner or lunch. And if you
head out 302 towards Conway you'll see Venezia Restaurant for fine italian food. There are also some sub shops
and you can get a great pizza at Main
Street Variety. If you'd rather eat whole foods, don't miss Morning Dew (207) 647-4003.
You can provision there with everything
organic and while you wait get a sandwich or soup. The
food is outstanding - we highly recommend Morning Dew! Get a massage
next door while you wait! Naples - South end of the lake, tie up at the dock and walk Of course there is Rick's
Cafe at the south end of the lake for
drinks, food and sunsets. The pavillion at Rick's
also has Rick's Java House and
candy shop as well as ice cream and french frieds. Next to that is Charlie's on
the Causeway for fine seafood. If you stay near the lake, you can get a
hotdog or burger at TP's Top Dog right at the Songo
River Queen Wharf. They have much more than hot dogs so take a look, from
sausages to ice cream, you name it, they have it. Then we have Sandy's Flight Deck Restaurant for

open this year, there is plenty of dock space for you to pull up and enjoy
your meal on their deck by the outside fireplace! Now back again Mr. Butcher will be there too for
all your fine meats! You can park your boat there and have dinner or lunch.
Then walk up the street 20' for
ice cream afterwards. Kahunas by the bridge in Naples (Causeway Marina).
This restaurant is new in '07. It has a pub with flat screen tv's, a deck and a function room upstairs. This is
ON the water, watch the boats go by and the
bridge swing for boasts while you relax. If you are feeling like a bit
of a walk, you can head south on 302 to Bray's Brew Pub - lots of freshly
brewed beer and good food. If you are driving south, we highly
recommend Sidney's Restaurant.
The early bird menu is great and the food is always very good and it's
generally quiet. Keep on driving and you've found the Lobster Pound - nuf
said, roll up your sleeves and dig in! The Black Bear Cafe is a must for a fantastic breakfast or lunch. We love the Eggs
Florentine for breakfast and any sandwich or meal for lunch is a good pick.
Enjoy a nice cold glass of Guiness with your lunch
- the food is simply the best in the area - we highly recommend this
